Today my team at Concord Mills threw a surprise party for me to celebrate my 11 year anniversary with Primark! I’ll be honest I was blown away with the kindness and effort my team went to for me, even now writing this I am still lost for words (which is very rare!)Thankyou to everyone today for helping celebrate this milestone, including Dean O’Lone, Inese Graham and Edwin Morales who kept me busy whilst the team decorated the room! The team we have built in Concord Mills is special and I am very grateful for the colleagues that I work with every day, and the amazing work they put in to make our store a success! Today marks the 1 year anniversary at Primark for our Visual Merchandising Manager Keena Fletcher! I first met Keena when we both helped open the store in Green Acres, NY, and she has been integral to the implementation of the highest visual standards in our store in Concord Mills! Keena is always helping our team to understand what role visual plays in Primark and how everyone can contribute to make our store visually appealing for every customer. A proud moment as a leader for me with this post!A massive thankyou to Erika Bridgett and Landrick Alston, PHR, SHRM-CP for truly epitomizing the word EPIC, demonstrating one of our core values at Primark - caring! Erika and Landrick hosted Leslie as part of her wish with Make A Wish - and made Leslie’s experience unforgettable! They arranged a gift bag for Leslie, decorated a private fitting room space and also gave Leslie a Primark shirt that all of our colleagues signed with positive affirmations!I am so proud of Erika, Landrick and the whole store team for demonstrating care for our community here in Concord, NC!

Sat in Heathrow reflecting on my last 3 weeks at home, a mix of work and vacation!- Spent time with old friends at Primark Connect in Dublin, learning about our strategy for the future and being inspired on how I can lead change - Met my nephew for the first time and spent time with my family - Visited both Oxford Street East and Hounslow, seeing the changes in store and talking to familiar faces- Spent time catching up with university friends that I’ve now known for 18 years (where has that time gone!) - Spent time with friends I’ve known from school, going to one of my favorite restaurants Blacklock and then putting in a mixed performance at flight club! - And most importantly, bringing back some Easter Eggs for my wife as you don’t get the good ones in America! I’m heading back to Charlotte refreshed and ready to see the Concord Mills team and the great work they’ve been doing whilst I’ve been away! See you soon!

Had a fantastic time today visiting my original Primark store in Oxford Street East! So many changes since I was last in store but great to see some familiar faces as always! #primark

On Thursday I had the privilege of opening our new Primark store in Concord Mills, North Carolina! It was amazing to see the months of hard work pay off with over 600 customers in line waiting to come and shop in our store! We also had the highest opening day sales of any new store opening in 2023 which is an achievement I am so proud of! A massive thanks to my team, to all the support we received from home office and for the leadership team for having faith in me to open this store! Concord Mills officially bringing amaZING to NC! #primark #concordmills
