Ingredients required- 2 cups of peanuts, 2 tbsp water. Steps- Roast peanuts in a pan until they turn a bit brown. Turn off the flame and let them cool down. Once cooled, remove the outer covering of the peanuts. Put the peanuts in a blender and add 2 tbsp water. Blend till it forms a smooth paste. Transfer the paste to a bowl and keep it in the fridge for 24 hours. This process will separate the oil from the paste. Strain the oil and keep in an airtight jar.
