Fun and rewarding. I enjoyed working at Fleet Feet because of my connection to the endurance community and desire to want to help others find products that worked for them. Best thing was that we did not work on commission-there was zero pressure to upsell, only to focus on customer service.
- There is no cost for taking part in our FIT process! While there can sometimes be a wait, depending on day and time, that is generally a rare occurrence.

Every department is different. Most of the Women's and Men's clothing departments make 5-7% commission. Cosmetics is lower, but you get a base pay in cosmetics. Accessories and handbags is 8%, and shoes is 10%.
It depends what area you work in, if you are working in boots you will do well with commission, however;that depends on whether or not the sales associates give you credit when the customer checks out. Usually the people who get to sell the boots and make commission are the ones that the managers favor.
