I think Dr. Shymkiw is truly one of the best pediatric providers in the Upstate. She is so attentive. She listens thoroughly to us and our concerns and we never feel judged. Our son loves her and very clearly reacts positively when she's interacting with him. We are just thankful to be one of her families.

The doctor explained everything that put all of my lingering concerns at ease. In the hospital, there were a lot of feelings of unknown when we left, but after our daughter's follow-up, it was a lot clearer.

We would have appreciated more information from the nurse about possible side effects from the Meningitis vaccine.

Dr. Shymkiw is wonderful with my son and took good care of him each time. We're so grateful for her knowledge and caring!

The practice is always responsive and gets us in quickly, providing attentive care. And, Dr. Kelly is personable and credible - she makes us feel like people who she has a relationship with, not just a chart she is reading. We recommend her to others often! I have noticed a change in the after hours answering service, and experienced difficulties making my initial outreach. I had to dial multiple times and hold longer than usual. However, nurse triage called back almost immediately and I got a next day appointment without issue.

Dr. Shymkiw is always so positive and welcoming. Even though the appointment was for my youngest child, she was very nice and engaging to my two other children.

The check out person was so great! She could tell my son was not feeling well so she offered him two stickers - it completely made his day!

We love Dr. Shymkiw! It's obvious she cares for my child's wellbeing. My child feels seen, heard, and well cared for.

First time meeting Dr. Shymkiw and she was amazing!!! My daughter is very apprehensive about doctors and especially new ones. She took time to gently rub her back and feed off her emotions. She was able to her whole exam with no crying or screaming due to her gentle patient approach. As a mom, this was a true blessing!
